factors (VF) in the context of respiratory diseases, we performed analysis of
antibiotic
resistance (AR) and virulence factors in HLMA by using
ShortBRED ,
with the Comprehensive Antibiotic Resistance Database (CARD) and Virulence Factors
Database (VFDB).
